This compliance and labelling App allows you to manage, review and store records digitally.
Under UK law an organisation must keep records of checks undertaken, this App takes away the manual effort in doing so.
The App has been designed alongside a set of best practise industry standards providing an intuitive user interface reducing or even removing any end user training.
Within the Compliance section of the App management can add, remove or update checks that must be undertaken. These can be set to a frequency as required by UK law or organisational needs. Once entered they will appear when they need to be dealt with. Compliance records are then automatically stored based on user input. History of records can be scrolled through and shared as appropriate.
Labelling allows the organisation to set up expiry dates for perishable food items. Connecting to readily available printers the user simply selects an item from a user defined list, the expiry dates are automatically calculated and then printed for placement on any packaging as required.
The App will remove manual errors, reduce (and highlight) missed compliance items, and make all entries easily readable as no manual written entries will be required. Associated user time is kept to an absolute minimum allowing customer service to be provided on a maximum basis.
As entry requirements change entries can be readily managed by appropriate management, removing the need for any App update and putting control directly within business hands.
With real flexibility the App can be set up to support multiple business premises as per organisational needs. Management can easily view associated reports for different parts of the business as required.
